Ping-An is an illustrator and graphic designer from Taiwan. She completed her MA in Children's Book Illustration at the Cambridge School of Art in 2025. Currently based in the Cambridge, UK, she will return to Taiwan in July 2025.

Passionate about picture books, storytelling, character design, and printmaking, her work often blends digital collage with traditional techniques. Recently, she has been exploring Risograph.

Ping-An speaks both Mandarin and English and is open to creative collaborations worldwide. She is also actively seeking agency representation and would love to hear from interested agents.
